First, machine room where all productive manufacturing machines can be installed. All labour staff who can handle our machines in proper way. Maintenance done in phases  only if due or requires. All machine tools available in premises. Handling staff should know machines functionality. Lesser amount should spend on machine such properly build machines should ever buy. Products can be manufactured in any quantity. Quality grade always matters. Means overall machines division equipped with all required tools and techniques. Know how easy to operate machines we want and some extra machine for more orders or bulk order processing we want machines to keep ready. Higher big orders can fulfill in short duration.Machines handling can be done methodically and simplicity. Quite easy in operation such machines only want to buy. Our machines staff should know interior-exterior or assembly of machines. Repair can be done on the spot itself. Machines room should be spacious big in space. Moving handling can be done easily. Order processing makes easier. Refer some thoughtful link in Premises and machines. 

Orders dispatched division :- Who should keep track records of all final finished material goods. Wherever products goes their full history of orders should be recorded in computing system. Orders records can be seen from other various disciplines for furthermore checking. Material final product goes where that fully history notified. Full details of customers who consume our manufacturing products and their address history should noticed.Date-Time of dispatch orders in manufacturing products also mentioned. Details of orders description and everything related to order that entire data sheet record properly and accessible from anywhere. Finished material goods which are ready to dispatch should have proper numbering. Means no mistake in sending material to order customer. What orders ask for that exact material suppose to send. Finished material weight also properly filled and some additional fraction of kgs should give in every order. Dispatch division can be handle by persons or labour employees who can carry proper work of dispatching finished material goods to order customer. In each goni or liquid order Drums can be labelled with customer name address and order quantity. No confusion ever taken place. Transport people should understand where order suppose to send. So our order dispatch department do work in proper conductive manner and well coordinated with premises incharge people. 

Our employees room:- We want our staff employees should work in fine condition. Adequate space to move in room and any where. Computers, tablet, ipads, liquid colour display and all necessary technologies suppose to provide. Fully computational and keeping track records of all activities in manufacturing room. Employees room should have cool temperature. Peacefulness and silence always remain in employees. Employees should fit and healthy. Should be eligible to do work. Employees room should have all seperate table and chairs space. Comfortable in sitting-standing moving position. Cupboards and drawers with all office stationery suppose to have in premises employees room. Track records of each kind recorded for every transaction unit made. Employees should be given necessary fully tested and checked number of books. Their skills attitude aptitude enhance and improve. Always down to earth and polite. In employees room, some pictures frame chosen by employees can be keep. Any long hours relaxation also suppose to give. May have some excercise equipment. Employees should satisfy with their own work. Adequate with everything. All necessary requirements needs to provide. Food for all shifts suppose to give. Mess compulsory to provide good quality hygiene foods and drinks. Water always remain. Room cleaning always to be done.Wastages dust bin and kachara picker always remain in employees room. Any wastages can be picked up in daily basis. So, employees room should remain equipped with everything what office work needed.
